IIM Kozhikode Scholarships
IIM Kozhikode has scholarship programmes available for students who are not only from an economically underprivileged background but also are backed by academical achievements. There are 13 active IIM Kozhikode scholarship programmes in as of 2019. They are all listed below.
IIM-K Scholarship Programmes
Scholarship Programme | Criteria |
IIM-K Merit Scholarship | The scholarship is offered to the top five per cent of second-year students based on the first-year CGPA. |
IIM-K Need-Based Scholarship | This grant is offered to both the first and students based on their annual parental income for the previous financial year which must have been lesser than INR 2,00,000. |
Central Scholarship for SC Students | This grant is funded by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment based on the candidate’s annual parental income for the previous financial year which must be lesser than INR.2,00,000 |
Central Scholarship for ST students | This grant is funded by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs based on the candidate’s annual parental income for the previous financial year which must be lesser than INR.2,00,000 |
SGGSC Scholarship | This is offered by the Societe Generale Global Solution Centre Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. The grant is offered to ⅔ of the students from the first year. The primary selection is done from the lowest income group. The candidates will have to submit a write up about themselves and attend a personal interview for the final selection. |
Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship | This grant is offered to the top five second-year students based on their first-year CGPA. |
NTPC Scholarship for SC, ST and Physically Handicapped students | The candidates eligible for the programme is shortlisted by NPTC. |
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship | This grant is funded by the Govt of India and is only available to first and second-year students based on their annual parental income. The upper limit of income is INR 2,00,000 during the previous financial year. |
Pratibha Scholarship | The grant is offered by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to students belonging to Andhra Pradesh. The maximum annual parental income for the previous financial year is INR.1,00,000. |
Rajarshi Sahu Maharaj Scholarship | Offered by Govt of Maharashtra to the students belonging to Maharashtra. The maximum annual parental income for the previous financial year is Rs.2,00,000. |
OP Jindal Scholarship(OPJEMS) | The candidates would be shortlisted based on an online merit-test and an interview both conducted by the company. |
Aditya Birla Group Scholarship | The selection would be based on the list prepared by the sponsor. |
Narotam SekhsariaScholarship | The Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation awards merit-based, interest-free loan scholarships amounting up to a maximum of INR 20 Lakhs to students to pursue PG courses at institutions both in India and abroad. |
