PDPU placements cell of the college helps to maintain an excellent track record of securing 100% placement for its students. Many companies visit PDPU every year to hire students during the campus placement drive.

Last year many students have received job offers from companies which predominantly hire in their respective disciplines. In comparison with other years, PDPU placement packages reached the highest salary structure last year.

Among PDPU placement packages highest offer was of Rs. 19.20 LPA from ONGC, which was offered to a total of eleven Undergraduate B.Tech Petroleum Engineering students. First international campus placement offered was in the Middle East country by Protiviti, which is a global consulting firm.

The job was offered to three B.Tech level students of Petroleum and Chemical along with a placement package of Rs 16.60 LPA and a posting offer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. PDPU average package offered was 3 LPA till date. PDPU M.tech placements also witnessed a successful placement season last year.

Some of the major companies from last placement drive include Honeywell UOP, L&T Technology Services, Torrent Power, Jubilant Life Sciences, Byju’s, Torrent Gas, ExxonMobil, Welspun, Shell, Adani Power, Coromandel International, Flipkart, Nayara Energy, Milacron India, Wipro and many others. Apart from the technical courses, in PDPU, MBA placements highest CTC offered was Rs 18.4 LPA.
