XLRI Jamshedpur offers a 2-year PGDM as its flagship programs. Admission to XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM (BM ) and PGDM (HRM) courses are done on the basis of scores in the XAT/GMAT entrance exam. XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM Admission Cutoff for the year 2022 remained somewhere between 92-95 percentile for the general category candidates. The XAT cut-off is divided into two different sections of percentile of male, female, male engineer, female engineer, male non-engineer, and female non-engineer. Final admission offer is made on the basis of GD/PI conducted by the institute.

The XAT cutoff is divided into two different sections of male and female, male engineer and female engineer and male non-engineer and female non-engineer. Final admission to the university is based on the general discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) conducted by the university.

XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM Selection Process
The selection criteria are of two stages that are entrance exam and GDPI.
Stage I: The candidate needs to register and clear the entrance exam of XAT / GMAT. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Stage II: The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for GD/PI round
