IIT Delhi Scholarships
For UG, PG, and Ph.D. students, IIT Delhi provides a variety of scholarships, financial support, and teaching assistance. Students who meet the eligibility requirements can apply for the scholarships listed below.
Undergraduate Scholarship
- Institute Free Studentship-UG: This scholarship is available to 10% of students. Scholarships are awarded solely based on income.
- Institute Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship: This scholarship is available to approximately 25% of undergraduate engineering students. The scholarship includes INR 1000 per month in addition to a tuition fee waiver. To be eligible for this scholarship, parents' annual income must be less than $4.5 million.
- Institute Merit Awards and Certifications: Up to the eighth and tenth semesters, the top 7% of B.Tech & B.Tech Dual Degree students are awarded INR 2500. Scholarship provision for SC/ST students: SC/ST students are exempt from tuition fees under this scholarship.
- Donor Scholarships: These scholarships are made possible by grants from individuals and organizations.
Postgraduate Scholarship
- Means-of-Merit (MCM) Scholarships: M.Sc students are given INR 1000 per month, but only if their parent's income is less than INR 4.5 LPA.
- M.Tech., M.S. (Research), and M.Des. students at IIT Delhi receive a monthly stipend of INR 12,400 under the financial assistance scheme.
- Candidates for the Ph.D. degree: Full-time students are eligible for a research assistantship worth INR 25000.
IIT Delhi Faculty
