i am getting what u mentioned But the point of concern here is that if some company comes with criteria of more than or equal to 2 years of exp then we can't even take part in the process then what is the point to substantiate.....
@adarsh100 Ya buddy even I am on the same boat,i have 19 months of experience.I guess we'll have to live with it and there is nothing much any college can do about it,as it totally depends on company's requirement but I think there will be very few companies having such a stringent criteria,so not a real issue if we skip those,there will be many other companies for us :)

@rockpulkit u are definitely In on 19th march,,,,up to 100-120 may confirm in that list,,if u look at previous yearss...
Are you sure? AFAIK the total movement was 90-110 in all the lists combined. However they did not release any wait list with the first round of results and the 1st wait list was published in the 2nd list...
@Phoenix2687 Yes I also heard from my friend their that only 90 people got selected that too at the completion of 2 or 3rd waitlist..
Hm... that is what I made out from the last year forums, but last time they did not give any wailist the first time the result was out, only after the selected people confirmed the first time round, however this time round they released the waitlist with the merit list, so I guess the number of converts from the waitlist might go up... You have pretty decent chances at 60.

Not college but hostel registrations start on 31st May 2013.
Converted..but not joining...will obviously go for regular MBA rather than limiting my opportunities only in IT ...post MBA. As per IT companies are concerned i can still come back at the role of BA/Consultant even after doing a regular MBA. MBA is done to diversify your knowledge,opportunities and not to confine yourself to a particular domain/industry. For ppl with more than 3yrs work ex in IT SCIT will be a good idea but for others think twice before u join....always go for a regular MBA rather doing specialization and limiting your opportunities two year down the line.
I have a question regarding previous placement report....why were they showing total no of candidate was 167 in place of (180+management quota)....? someone told me (during GDPI in campus) that college is not able to fill all there seats at that time... Is it true some seats goes vacant...??
