This is really good to have so many ppl around , Guys me and a friend of mine from mumbai are planning to write the exam,

We hope if we all are connected like this will mutually benifit , and we see the same is being potrayed here .

This week i started off with Time value of Money . although it is very early to judge ...it doesnt seem to be that tough ( as i thought , may be ! ),, yes some amount of practise is required.

Anyways , best of luck to all writing in June , 2010 .

do the scheweser notes provided by laxmi xerox center have 2010 written on them ya phir 2009 ke hi hain? i asked in new Delhi ( nai sarak) and they were providing notes of 2009............... and what is the cost range which we have to shell out if we order from laxmi xerox center?

yeah...schweser notes have 2010 written on it...Laxmi xerox is costing 1000 bucks.....they will porvide 5 books for curriculum and 1 for practice. Though, you may pay them after you get your order..

It is really amazing to see all the good posts here , I am working as S/W with an experience of around 5years , I am planning to appear for the CFA Level 1 June-2010 , I had browsed through the CFA site and got a bit of the glimpse of the syllabus and the course content. Is any one planning to take the CFA from Hyderabad , We can make a group and share the material and plan the preparation.

Guys Please let me know where can i get the schweser material in Hyderabad

hi guys. i am confused. i read on the cfa institute site that delhi high court has allowed the conduct dec 2009 cfa exam in india. but immediately after that, it says that the cfa candidates need to select their centers outsie india for june 2010 exam/ can anyone plz explain and clear my confusion.?

i have recently download the cfa notes by schweser notes from one of the torrent sites.it has 5 books. can u plz confirm if i have the full material with me or do i need to buy it from that shop u mentioned?
