I guess the problem is with the Yahoo ids.. Those of you who have Yahoo email ids wouldnt have received the mail yet.. thats what i learnt from my friends.. all my friends which have non yahoo email ids have received their mails.

in case you dont.. the results will be available on the cfa website at 8.30pm ist (9.00 am est)

i had given my yahoo id. i got the mail arnd 5:30 or so.

Yes, I have done it, Passed.

Scores:
>70% = 6 subjects
51% to 70% = 3 Subjects

I also cleared the exam....with 2 months of prep and no prior course work experience of finance or commerce...I remember many people discouraging me and asking me to postpone my exam to December..well then greater than 70% in all subjects except Alternate Investments and Derivatives (50 - 70) isnt that bad I guess!!

Cheers to all those who said I couldn't do this!!

i was down with some health problem just weeks before dday.also had my gd pi's around the same time.guess i am through since i decided to take a chance and work very hard in the last few days.thanks to god I'm in too!

How is the result given? Is it a hard copy certificate or only available online?
Are the individual percentages given for each topic? Also, will any of the percentages be visible to future employers or anyone besides us?

CFA registration can be done on www.cfainstitute.org, visit CFA Dec 10 thread for more info. Last date for registration is 24th August. Arrange credit card for making payment.

for june 2011 india is not featured as a test center..please check the cfa site..wat should we do now?

I have registered L2 at Colombo, we can change the centre once the India centres are up by sending a request mail to CFA

but will they add india test centres later atleast or will we need to go abroad to write the exam?
