Guys,

have one query...

The 3rd page of form asks for professional experience along with the ratings. Now, do I need to include ratings for all past years in the same row or different row. I have worked in 3 different companies over a span of 4 years(2 yrs pre MBA and 2 yrs Post MBA). Do I need to include ratings for last 2 yrs in TATA Group in the same row????

There is no mention of HRSPOC for my company in the list. TAS office suggested that I need to send them the form directly by 30th March. In this case I need to include my rating for this year in the form itself.

Plz suggest.

Hi Jaya !

When you hand over the form to the HR, they will add the ratings and then give them to the TAS office.

Please check with the HR if there is a change in the process this year.

jaya this side............ HR appraisal reports have to be submitted to SPOC along with the form or will the TAS office will manage with teh company HR.

Hi Pritesh,

It could be anything. Just make sure it answers the question aptly, and gives the message that you intend to very clearly.

If answers come from diverse angles, I think it is an all round perspective.

Write what is apt and sound.

One Silly Question...
Last year it was mentioned in TAS web-site to take color print outs. This time no such mention is there... So do we have to still fill the colored print out form or B/W will do...

Per the process you cannot send it directly to Nainaz.Anyway she sits in Air India Building, Mumbai.
You can get in touch with Padmaja Bhagat. She is the SPOC for TCS US.

Also, the Yearwise academics section of the TAS form asks details of Toppers CG/Rank. Is this really required? I don't have the information available with me!!

Only if you have done CA/CS, then you will need to fill that section Else you can skip that one ......

It seems the space is very limited for the open-ended questions.
Esp. page 4 asks for 3 essay topics in 1 page and page 5 asks for 2 essays topics in 1 page - that too hand-written !!!

Are we allowed to attach extra sheets to answer these? If yes, what is the the general acceptable length of the expected answers?
