Courses and Fees at IIT BHU
BTech, BArch, MTech, M.Sc., MPharm, BTech + MTech, and PhD are among the programmes offered at IIT BHU. These courses are available for Undergraduate, Graduate, Dual Degree, and Doctoral degrees. Exams at the national level serve as the basis for admission to all courses. JEE Advanced and AAT are the national-level tests for undergraduate admissions. GATE, JAM, and GPAT are used for graduate admissions. The institute’s entrance exam and interview processes are ideal for the doctoral programme.

BTech IIT BHU
According to the NIRF 2021 rankings, IIT BHU BTech is placed 14. Ten streams make up the program’s specialisations. There are 902 seats in the BTech programme overall, including 59 supernumerary seats (Female only). The IIT BHU BTech courses now offer a Chemical Engineering specialty as well. The JEE Advanced rank range for admission to the branch is 5218–7791.
In addition, the institute gives BTech students the ability to switch branches. Candidates who wish to alter their branch of study must complete the application forms made available by the institute at the start of the second and third semesters. Candidates are chosen for a branch change if they earn an 8.0 CGPA or higher in the first or second semester.
BHU IIT MTech
The MTech programme at IIT BHU is a two-year PG programme with 40 courses. Based on the results of the GATE exam, candidates are admitted to the programme. Following the GATE exam, candidates who meet the qualifying cutoff are subsequently given seats through COAP counselling. Two new MTech specialisations have just been added by the CSE branch of IIT BHU. Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things are the two specialities that the MTech in CSE is now available in (IoT). There are 40 places available for the specialities as a whole. The newly added specialities have the same entrance requirements as the other disciplines.
