Tezpur University was established by the Act of Parliament in the year 1944, and it is Central University which is situated in the North-Eastern state of Assam. - Admission in Tezpur University in different Bachelor’s Degree disciplines like B.A, B.Sc, B.Voc, etc. are accomplished based on the combined marks obtained by the students in their 12th standard and Online University Entrance Examination. Students must have passed their (10+2) from a relevant board with a minimum of 50% and must-have in the concerned subject for which they are applying.
- Admission to Tezpur University in Bachelor’s Degree disciplines like B.Tech is accomplished based on the combined marks obtained by the students in their 12th standard and Joint Entrance Examination. Students must have passed their (10+2) from a relevant board with a minimum of 50% and must have subjects like PCM or PCB.
- Admission to Tezpur University in different Master’s Degree disciplines like M.Com, M.A, M.Sc etc. is accomplished based on the combined marks obtained by the students in their Graduation and Online University Entrance Examination. Students must have passed their graduation from a relevant university with a minimum of 45% in aggregate and a minimum of 50% in the concerned subject.
- Admission to Tezpur University in different Master’s Degree disciplines like M.Sc, M.Com, M.A Integrated etc. is accomplished based on the combined marks obtained by the students in their 12th standard and Online University Entrance Examination. Students must have passed 10+2 level examination from a relevant board with a minimum of 60% in aggregate and must have the concerned subject for which they are applying.
- Tezpur University admission in Master’s Degree disciplines like M.Tech, MCA etc. is accomplished based on the marks obtained by the students in their Online University Entrance Examination. Students must have passed their graduation from a relevant university with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and must have the concerned subject for which they are applying. Students who have cleared the GATE are exempted from entrance exams.
